  • Zumba® Kids - classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. For ages 7-14 years


  • GlowFit Kids - a fresh new dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines taught in a nightclub atmosphere with rave glow sticks, lasers & disco lights, the music is a mix of party anthems from the 90’s to the latest hits. For ages 7-14 years


  • Kids Boxercise -   an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups for ages. For 7-14 years


  • Kids Spin -  Indoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. For ages 11-14 years


  • Kids Yoga - Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy. For 7-14 years


  • Hiit Circuits Kids - HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a technique in which you give 100% effort through short, intense bursts of exercise followed by short (sometimes active) recovery periods. . For 7-14 years


  • Street Dance - Street Fusion is a mix of street and commercial styles. New choreography taught each week. Opportunity to perform on stage, take dance exams or just dance for fun and fitness. Great way to build confidence, fitness and improve coordination   for 3-14 years
