The new Tough Mudder team is together and training has begun ! This weeks training started with - 10 x 100m run within 40s (work and rest time)
- 100 squats, 50 sit ups and 10 burpees
WARM UP COMPLETED
2 rounds of a boot camp circuits, power sled, tractor tyre flipping, battle ropes, ladders etc.
