I have been a Fitness Professional since 1991. So much has changed since then but I remain committed to delivering fitness classes for all abilities. For me, the participant is my focus so my aim is to make fitness accessible for all abilities so that everyone can achieve their goals. I teach a variety of classes from high intensity HIIT to chillaxing(but core challenging) Yoga and Pilates programmes.
I‘m currently studying for my BA Hons in Sports & Fitness Coaching to develop my skills to a higher level and I’m also studying Level 2 Children’s Fitness so I hope to encourage the younger generation to enjoy fitness and remain active through their lives.
Amanda will be teaching Kettlecise and Freestyle Yoga & Pilates on Friday evenings.
