February Class of the Month



The postures used in Yulia’s classes all derive from Hatha yoga.

Hatha is the exercise and meditation regime developed by ancient monastic communities in the far East.

Yulia teaches Yin and Yang techniques to balance the practice.

Hatha yoga shares the same ancestry as other exercise regimes such as tai chi and kung fu.



All Yulia’s yoga classes are treated individually as she rely’s on her empathic feel for the best results coupled with her friendly and happy demeanour. Yoga is a big part of her life and she carry’s this into her class environment. Yulia’s body is her temple and she treat it with the utmost respect. Her respect for others stems from the respect that she affords herself as she constantly discovers new horizons in her personal quest for Mind, Body and Spiritual development
