Meet Mark Wilson one of our new instructors for @Worle.

Mark has been in the fitness industry before the fitness industry was even created. With his years of experience he brings a wealth of knowledge to the centre specializing in cycling, diet, weights and personal training. Mark is a firm beliver lifestyle change is the way to your fitness goals. 

Mark will be taking Monday and Tuesday evening and Saturday morning spin classes.
