New Fitness Timetable - 9 brand new instructors, 5 brand new classes

With the cold nights drawing in, we would like to bring some fresh and bright new classes to help you continue with your fitness goals.

With the new timetable being launched in the second week of October there are a few thank you’s and congratulations to be made.

Gemma will be teaching her last class on 2nd October before going on maternity. Gemma is a great instructor who has been with @Worle for over 4 years, we wish Gemma and the family all the very best in the very near future and hope to see her back on the timetable soon.

Anna will be leaving us towards the end of October to continue her career as a freelance instructor. Anna has not been with the centre for long, but Anna has brought an amazing amount of energy to the fitness timetable, as well as supporting our Zumba Charity and Master Class events. We wish you well for the future.

We would also like to wish Yulia all the best with her relocation to Crete she will be sadly missed.

July Class of the Month

Total Body Conditioning

This class incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and bands, for a total body workout.

Body conditioning classes typically start with a high-energy warm-up section, often done to energizing music.

The classes then transition to focused resistance work using weights, medicine balls, exercise balls, body bars or resistance bands.

 

Classes generally spend half the time on aerobics and half on resistance work; individual instructors may choose to do the entire workout in the first half of the class, or they may switch back and forth between the types of workout.

Body conditioning classes are designed to provide total fitness and overall toning through working every major muscle group in one workout,

From Monday 3rd July you will be able to book your fitness classes online through our website. If you are a classes or unlimited member then you need to register your account and if you are a Pay as you go customer then you will book and pay for your class online. Members will be able to book classes up to a week in advance.

Just go to our website and click classes/book now and follow the simple steps on the picture to booking your class.

We will still accept bookings over the phone for a day in advance.

New DD provider

@Worle is going through some exciting new changes and one of these is our new DD provider. Your June's payment will be taken by Harlands.

All members have had a letter sent to them outlining this and also giving you some Q&A's in regards to our new booking system which should be arriving very soon! 

Nothing from your end will change, just continue to use your membership as normal.
