No, you can use the facilities on a pay-as-you-go basis. Book a class for £7. Use the gym for £7 (adults) or £5 (Over 50s & Teens). Book classes 24 hours in advance online or over the phone on 01934 886111.

You must be at least 14 years old to use the gym and attend classes.

Teens can use the gym Monday to Thursday from 6am-6pm and Friday from 6am-7:30pm. On weekends, you can use it during our regular opening hours, with the last gym entry being half an hour before closing.

No, you will need one. Inductions for guests are £10 and this includes your first gym session if taken on the same day. Please note you will not necessarily be able to do this without an appointment, so please give us a ring to check staff availability.

Sign ups and inductions are separate unless we happen to have fitness staff available when you're doing your sign up. We will always book you in for your induction as soon as we have availability so you can crack on!

Yes, non-members are welcome to use The Lounge. However, members receive exclusive monthly discounts! Every visitor also gets a loyalty card.

No, parking is free! When you enter the centre, add your registration to the tablet on reception. Members can provide their registration when they join, and we'll send it to Smart Parking to retain on the system and enable you to use the centre without entering your details repeatedly.

Please note, you cannot park on the yellow lines next to the school gate. Parking in disabled bays is also forbidden without the display of a valid blue badge.

Yes, we have changing rooms and shower facilities with lockers. You can use a £1 coin or trolley token to lock the lockers. We also have baby change and disabled changing areas, including hoists, next to reception.
