What else do I need to know?
This service is not designed to replace a personal trainer! It is about making fitness accessible to everyone, and is well-suited to those who might not have the budget for a PT and are comfortable using the gym solo.
With this in mind, our fitness trainers are unfortunately not able to come into the gym and do 1-2-1 sessions with you.
They can certainly give you guidance with your form and certain machines/exercises, but this is more about sitting down, planning and reviewing your journey with you, using their expert skills and knowledge.
You will be tied in to the wellness add-on for 3 months, then you are free to cancel with a full calendar month’s notice. You can re-activate it at any time!
